How Writers Do Mornings
- Today’s the day I finish that novel
- Today’s the day I start that novel
- I have so many ideas, it’s hard to focus on just one
- WHY HAVE THE IDEA FAIRIES ABANDONED ME?!?
- I need tea
- I need coffee
- UGGGGH I NEED TO START DRINKING TEA OR COFFEE.
- I love mornings!
- I’m more of a night owl, really.
- WHAT TIME IS IT? ALREADY WHAT? I’M LATE!!!
- I should get out of bed and start my day.
- No, five more minutes…
- I wonder if I charged my laptop.
- What do I blog about today?
- Oh, I just got an idea from that dream I had! Quick, I need a pen or a napkin or a smudge of eyeliner to write it down!
- I LOVE BEING A WRITER!
- I hate being a writer…
- I swear, no more procrastination.
- I love my writing. I hate my writing. My writing is my writing and it depends on my mood whether I like it or not.
- Wow, I used to write like THAT a few years ago? Tsk, tsk, tsk, I’ve changed so much as a writer.
- I can’t wait to check my emails and see if I got any important replies.
- I dread checking emails.
- You know, I need a personal assistant for this writer thing.
- I wonder if my neighbor is going to get around to reading my manuscript for me?
- I’m living my dream job!
